contains a selection of effect specifically
optimized for use with pixelfont. They already
are force-positioned at whole _x and _y positions
and scaling to multiples of 100%.

are fonts created on a grid of exact pixels,
creating crispy readable fonts even at small
sizes. PJ / Supreme4 / Astro and Elite effects
can be optimized
to be used with Pixelfonts and also offer
ready-to-go trial versions
