A: You can use PP without Adobe Flash but it's reckomended if you do have it. You can edit all settings in the XML file and work with the different predifined visuals. If you want to edit certain visual aspects such as buttons and thumbnail holders, you'll need Adobe Flash 8 or higher to edit the .fla for the AS2 version and Flash CS3 or higher for the AS3 version.
